EUREKA — Kids 15 and younger must soon be accompanied by an adult at Six Flags ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
The local amusement park announced the reactivation of its chaperone policy on social Monday.
According to the policy, all guests 15 and younger must be with a parent, guardian or adult chaperone 21 or older to enter the park starting at 4 p.m. Six Flags noted, though, that it may start the requirement earlier than for 4 p.m. on occasion.
One adult chaperone may supervise no more than 10 kids per day. The chaperone must be with their guests at entry, remain inside the park and be available by phone. Children found without a chaperone can be removed from the park, according to the policy.
The policy goes into effect Thursday. Six Flags ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends. It is unclear if the policy is just for the park’s summer KidZfest weekend events or if the chaperone policy will be a permanent fixture for the rest of the season.
