ST. LOUIS — Hip Hop radio station WHHL, known as Hot 104.1, laid off its entire on-air staff Thursday, according to reports.
The news was first reported by radio industry website Radio Insight. According to the site, the FM station will switch to simulcasting talk-radio station KMOX, 1120 AM, before the baseball season begins. KMOX broadcasts the Cardinals games.
Both stations are owned by Audacy, the second-largest radio station company in the country. It has seven stations in the area, including its highest rated station here, KEZK, which plays adult contemporary music.

Laid off were midday host Shae Bae, afternoon host Princess Stormm, evening host DJ Raymond, weekend afternoon host Kenny Mo, late-night weekend host KMJ the DJ and weekend early morning host DJ Krisstyle.
Bae confirmed that she had been let go on her Instagram account Thursday afternoon.
